1. Returns
Eligibility for Return: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on medications, prescriptions, or other healthcare products unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
Non-returnable Items: Prescription medications, opened products, or items that have been used cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
